All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Please call our customer service department to confirm current pricing. Quantity discounts are automatically extended
on all qualifying orders. There is a $5.00 service charge for all orders below $50.00. |
SALES TAX
Tri-Tech Forensics collects and remits North Carolina sales tax only. If no sales tax is charged by Tri-Tech Forensics, and the item is subject to sales tax in the purchaser’s state, it is the purchaser’s
responsibility to pay such tax. |
SHIPPING
Freight is FOB Shipping Point, Southport, N.C., with title passing at that point. All orders are shipped “Best Way” unless otherwise requested by the customer.
All stock items ship the same day for orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern time. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Time will ship the following day. The standard delivery time
is shown on the map below. The standard delivery charges for the 48 contiguous states are listed in the accompanying chart. For expedited orders, please contact customer service for delivery time options and shipping charges.

HAZARDOUS GOODS: Some items on this website are considered hazardous goods and require additional packaging and handling. These items are noted on the
website by the Hazard symbol shown to the left. Of the hazardous items noted on the website, some are considered hazardous only when shipping by Air. Those items
are noted by the Air-Haz symbol shown to the left. A surcharge based on the quantity of hazardous packages shipped will be added to the regular shipping charges. |

OVERSIZE/WEIGHT PACKAGES: Some items on this website are considered oversized. The shipping charges for these items are based on the dimensions of the
package rather than the actual weight. Oversized items on this website are noted by the Oversize symbol shown to the left. Some items on this website are denoted
with the Weight symbol shown to the left. The shipping charges for these items will be more than the standard shipping charges due to the excessive weight of these

TERMS
Orders placed by public agencies, including local and U.S. governments, counties, cities, states, hospitals or other government associated facilities, may be paid by check, credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or be billed at Net 30 terms. All orders from private organizations or individuals are required to be prepaid by check, money order, EFT, or credit card.
Net 30 terms can be established after a credit reference check is completed and approved. Any balances not paid within terms are subject to 1.5% per month interest charge. Returned
checks will be subject to a $30.00 service charge. |

FOREIGN ACCOUNTS
Foreign accounts are required to prepay in U.S. funds by wire transfer or credit card. Checks are also accepted but may cause delays due to additional time needed for U.S. and
international banks to process the payment. All banking charges, including those of negotiating and paying banks, are to be paid by the purchaser.

A written purchase order is required to process orders from all foreign customers. All freight costs, packaging, taxes, duties, handling charges, and costs associated with shipping
arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Certain items may require an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce prior to shipping. |
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Notify Tri-Tech Forensics immediately if the shipment is found to be damaged or unacceptable for any reason. If external damage is noticed, accept
it only after the damage is noted on all copies of delivery receipts. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Tri-Tech Forensics. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued
and must be referenced on all paperwork included in the return. Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for the return of any non-damaged goods. Custom kits and special ordered items not normally carried in stock are sold on a nonreturnable basis.
Refunds and credits will be based on the actual purchase price only and does not include shipping or other charges. |
